and the Examination Process
Minimum qualifications for both positions
·
A higher education degree;
·
Proven fluency in spoken and written
English and local language (Montenegrin, Serbian, Bosnian, Croatian)
·
At least 5 years of working experience in the education sector
·
Experience in working in the area of special education needs;
·
Excellent knowledge of a Western
Balkan education system and public administration;
·
At least one year of relevant
experience in internationally funded projects in the Western Balkans,
preferably assisting in education policy advice to government
Additional requirements
Position 1: At least 2 years’ experience in
the area of schooling of RAE children in mainstream preschools/elementary
schools and/or management;
Position 2: At least 2 years’ experience in
the area of examination process for SEN pupils;
The time input will be 150 working days, 100%
in Montenegro. All experts must be independent and free from conflicts of
interest in the responsibilities assigned to them.Civil servants and other
staff of the public administration of the beneficiary country cannot be
recruited as experts, unless prior written approval has been obtained from the
Contracting Authority.
Candidates will submit a CV (up to 5 pages). Copies
of diplomas for the formal education have to be provided and all claims of
years of experience must be substantiated by Employers' References.
